This is a very interesting Tax Proposal reported on in the August, 2007 Georgia Trend Magazine.
These maps are one of the best resourses for historical research and now all five Savannah maps are on line! 1884, 1888, 1898, 1916, &1922. It used to require a trip to the Georgia Historical Society. Play around with this site. It is really cool.
